Is your psoas pulling on your lower back?

Your psoas muscle connects your spine to your legs—when it’s tight, your lower back pays the price.

In this final video of our Range of Motion series, we are restoring stability and length to the hip flexors.

1️⃣ Stability Drill: Use a block between your knees and a strap around your thighs to wake up stabilizing abductors and adductors.
2️⃣ Active Release: Hug one knee to your chest while extending the other leg long, pressing firmly through the heel.
3️⃣ Passive Release: Rest in Savasana with a blanket under your shoulders to let gravity open the front body.

Small, repeated practices improve your range of motion and stability.
